King of Prussia, PA – Eastbound U.S. 422 will be closed and detoured from the split with Benjamin Franklin Highway in Douglass Township, Berks County, to Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) in North Coventry Township, Chester County, on Tuesday, March 5, and Wednesday, March 6, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning for barrier adjustment on a project to improve and reconstruct 1.2 miles of U.S. 422 from just east of the Schuylkill River bridge to just west of the Montgomery County line, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
