King of Prussia – PennDOT and Montgomery County officials will hold a ribbon-cutting event at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16, to open the new High Street Bridge over the Manatawny Creek in Pottstown Borough, Montgomery County.
The $2.9 million project to construct a new two-span concrete bridge will open five months ahead of schedule.
